ST002 Chassis & Stator Assembly Equipment
Overview:
Through the rotation of the servo disc, the product seat is driven to rotate, the sensor detects the direction of the product, and it is equipped with product heating, pressing, water cooling and other mechanisms, and PLC logic control.
Composition: Servo motor, indexing rotary platform, multi-station turntable, press (displacement, pressure monitoring).
Brief description of the action:
The handling mechanism places the product to the indexing rotation platform to detect the product direction, and the multi-station turntable of the splitter drives the product seat to rotate, and after each rotation, the product is heated and the product is press-mounted.
ST003 Cover & Stator Assembly Assembly Equipment
Overview:Automatic loading of the magazine, three-axis module handling, turning mechanism, cover rotation positioning, rotary welding after positioning, PLC logic control.
Composition: servo motor, product tooling, laser welding machine, rotary cylinder, air gripper.
Brief description of the action:
1. Flip the translation mechanism to flip the product and load the product to the disc tooling;
2. The silo automatically changes the tray and feeds (manual intermittent pallet feeding);
3. The three-axis handling platform automatically clamps the product cover and feeds;
