ST001 Short axis &COIN assembly

Overview:
     Press the short shaft and Coin with the end cap respectively using a servo press.

Composition:
        servo press, press mount, product base.

Brief description of action:
     The operator puts in the end cap, short shaft and COIN respectively, and the equipment will be automatically pressed.

 

ST002 end cap & stator assembly

Overview:
       Manually place the end cap and stator on the wire tray in the specified direction.

Composition: line body tray.

Brief description of action:
       Manually place the end cap and stator on the wire tray in the specified direction.

ST003 Rotor & shaft assembly

Overview: Rotor core and shaft pressing.

Composition:
       rotor temporary material path, six-axis manipulator, pressure assembly module.

Brief description of action:
     Manually assemble the rotor core and shaft into the rotor temporary material path, and the manipulator automatically transfers the rotor in the temporary material path to the press assembly module and moves the finished product out.

 

ST004 Rotor bearing pressing equipment

Overview: Rotor and bearing press mounting.

Composition:
     bearing temporary index plate, six-axis manipulator, bearing press assembly module.

Brief description of action:
       Manually place the bearing on the bearing temporary index plate, and the bearing will be automatically transferred to the press assembly module. The manipulator automatically puts in the unassembled rotor and moves out the finished product.
 

 

ST005 Rotor beat detection

Overview: Drive rotor rotation detection shaft end runout value.

Composition: six-axis manipulator, detection module, displacement sensor.

Brief description of action:
The manipulator puts the bearing press assembly into the detection module, drives the rotor to rotate and uses the displacement sensor to test the runout value.
 

ST006 Robot handling & rotor assembly

Overview:
     Check OK rotor into wire tray.

Composition:
      six-axis manipulator, integrated positioning module.

Brief description of action:
      The joint positioning module locates the stator, and the runout detection OK rotor is placed into the tray and assembled with the stator.

 

ST007 manual upper end cover assembly & screw placement & cable insertion

Overview:
     Manually install the upper end cap, pre-install four screws and insert the stator lead into the tray.

Composition: Manual station.

Brief description of action:
     Install the upper end cover manually, preinstall the four screws and insert the stator lead into the tray.

ST008 Screw tightened

Overview:
     The servo motor drives the lot head to tighten the screws and detect the screw height.

Composition:
    lifting mechanism, servo motor, batch head, displacement sensor.

Brief description of action:
      The lifting module drives the servo motor and the lot head to batch and tighten, and detects the tightening height after the tightening is completed.

 

ST009 interturn test

Overview:
     The stator is energized for turn to turn test.

Composition:
     turn tester, conduction module.

Brief description of action:
    The stator is energized for turn to turn test
 

 

ST010 Capacitor mounting & Plugging

Overview:
     Manually install the capacitor and attach the stator wire to the capacitor.

Composition:
     Manual station.

Brief description of action:
     Install the capacitor manually and attach the stator wire to the capacitor.
 

 

ST011 Machine test

Overview:
      The motor is energized for the motor no-load test.

Composition:
      tester, conduction module.

Brief description of action:
      The motor is energized for motor no-load test (current, voltage, steering, speed, withstand voltage).
 

 

ST012 Noise detection

Overview:
       Electric motor rotation detection noise.

Composition:
      manual station, conduction module.

Brief description of action:
      The motor is energized and rotated, and the noise of the motor is judged manually.

Overview:
     Manual inspection of motor appearance and qualified products into the packing box.
