ST001 stator & back -end cover assembled to the tray
Overview: Put the rear end cover, stator, and ripple pads in the pallet, plug the line and start the button.
Composition: workbench, ripple pad material box and button box.
Brief description of action:
Place the rear cover on the tray manually and place a ripple pad. Artificially assembled the stator on the back end.
ST002 rotor assembly
Overview: Transfer the rotor core and a shaft through multi -channel conveyor lines, automatically press the axis, automatic axis press, and assemble it in the stator.
Composition: Multi -channel conveying line, handling module, finale module, NG slider, bearing pressure, bearing material, finished product handling.Pressure displacement monitoring system.
Brief description of action:
Workers place the rotor core and shaft on the multi-channel conveyor line. The handling mechanism moves it to the press shaft module for press assembly. After the press assembly is completed, the product is pressed with the bearing, and the unqualified product is discharged through the NG slide. After bearing pressing is completed, the finished product is transported to the pallet stator.
ST003 Front end cover assembly
Overview: Manually rivet the ground terminal to the front end cover and place it on the front end cover conveyor line. The handling module automatically transports the front end cover to the tray.
Composition: riveting press, front end cover conveying line and handling module.
Brief description of action:
Workers use a riveting press to rivet the ground terminal to the front end cover and place the product on the conveyor line. The rear handling mechanism automatically transports the front end cover to the tray;
ST004 Screws are tightened
Overview: The screws are fed through the vibrating disk, the handling module is transferred to the motor, and the torque is monitored by tightening the gun screws. At the same time, the height sensor is used to detect the screw height.
Composition: screw feeding vibration plate, screw parting module, screw handling module, screw playing module, screw height detection module.
Brief description of action:
The screws are discharged through the vibrating disk, and the handling module clips the screws into the product.
Product to the screw station, tighten the gun screw, monitor the torque.
After the screws are tightened, check whether the screws are properly tightened based on the relative dimensions between the front end cover and the screws.
ST005 Pulley&Fan Assembly
Overview: Automatic press fit fan&pulley.
Composition: Belt pulley handling module, motor positioning module, magnetic ring in place module, upper end pressing module, lower end pressing module
Action description:
Firstly, transport the belt pulley onto the motor through an electric cylinder.
Then move on to the next workstation, first press the pulley, then press the fan, and monitor the pressure displacement during the press process
ST006 Wave gasket quantity detection and overall detection
Overview: Wave gasket quantity detection and performance detection.
Composition: motor conduction tooling, testing machine, testing tooling, shifting detection tooling, detecting displacement ruler
Brief description of action:
The motor is powered on by the conducting tool, and the motor performance test is carried out by the testing machine. After the motor performance test is completed, the motor reaches the next station. The presence and quantity of corrugated pads are determined by the data of displacement ruler and pressure sensor
Motor performance test content: low voltage start; Withstand pressure test; Resistance test; No-load test
ST007 Listen to noise
Overview: After the motor starts, listen to the noise manually
Composition: motor conduction tooling, lead test tooling.
Brief description of action:
After the tray is in place, manually power the motor, pick up the motor, and manually detect whether the motor noise is qualified.
Noise-qualified products will be tested whether the lead is there or not, and determined by the built-in sensor of the tool.
ST008 package
Overview: Manual entry of product data into the packaging system and packaging of products.
Composition: Packing box, packing PC.
Brief description of action:
After the test data is bound to the motor by manual scanning code, it is put into the packing box
