ST001 Product Carrier Module

Composition: motor, cam splitter, cylinder

Action description:
       Manually place the product onto the product carrier, rotate it through a cam splitter, and transport the product to the work station. The two stations work simultaneously to improve work efficiency, and the product carrier can be quickly replaced, compatible with multiple models.

ST002 Nut Automatic Feeding Module

Composition: Motor, vibrating disc

Action description:
        Manually pour the nuts in batches into the vibration plate, which transports the nuts in the correct direction to the transfer fixture. When the nuts are missing from the vibration plate, an alarm will sound.

ST004 Nut Installation Robot

Composition: Robot, cylinder

Action description:
        After the nut transfer module is completed, the robot carries the fixture to extract the nut and installs it in the designated position of the product. The two robots work simultaneously to improve work efficiency.

ST005 Nut Installation Module

Action description:
        After the robot reaches the material collection position, 6 sets of fixtures are simultaneously used for material collection; When moving to the installation station, the cylinders are extended separately for nut installation.

ST006 Jacking Module

Action description:
        To switch models, the product carrier needs to be replaced. The lifting module rises to detach the carrier from the equipment, and the carrier is manually pulled out using a roller; After pushing the replaced carrier to the working position, the lifting module descends to achieve model switching.

ST007 Carrier Transport Car


Action description:
       Manually push the trolley to the carrier replacement position and lock it, manually drag the carrier to the trolley and fix it, and manually move the trolley to the storage station;  On the contrary, carrier installation will be achieved.
