ST001 product carrier

Overview:
    Product positioning and circuit continuity, equipment compatible with multiple models, carrier can be quickly replaced.

Composition: Cylinder, clamping mechanism, copper column

Action description:
    Manually place the product into the product carrier, and after startup, the carrier automatically locates the product and achieves circuit continuity.

 

ST002 product carrier transfer module

Overview:
    Move the product carrier to different workstations for work.

Composition: Servo motor, ball screw, linear guide

Action description:
    By controlling the motor, the product carrier is moved to the product placement station, camera detection station, motion detection station, qualified product marking station, and product extraction station.

 

ST003 Action detection robot

Overview:
     The robot carries the tooling for the motion detection of the product.

Brief description of action:
    After the product carrier is in place, the product line is switched on, the robot detects the action force of the product button in turn, determines whether the product is qualified through the inspection machine, and feedbacks the test results to the PLC.

Brief description of action:
    After the product carrier is in place, the product line is switched on, the camera takes pictures to test whether the product is qualified, and the test results are fed back to the PLC.

    Mark the products that pass the test.

Composition: cylinder, heating control module

Brief description of action:
    After the product carrier is in place, the product is hot engraved by the heating engraving module, and the marking information is the production date.
