ST001 Product Transfer Module

2.Action description:

         The robot transports the product to the detection module, and transports the qualified product to the vacuum tray, and transports the unqualified product to the defective product box.

 

ST002 Camera Detection Module

                The packed plastic disks flow into this station one by one. The jacking cylinder and the tooling make the plastic disks stack. After stacking to the specified number, it is prompted to take them out manually.

ST005 Vacuum disc transfer module

2. Action description:

                    After the suction tray is released from the feeding station, the motor rotates to move it to the packaging station; After packaging is completed, the motor rotates to move it to the suction tray extraction station.
