ST001 Product Lifting Clamping Module
 
Overview:
     Product lifting, shaft end detection and positioning, product clamping, PLC logic control.

Composition: Servo motor, cylinder, KEYENCE sensor, pneumatic chuck.

Brief description of the action:
          Manually place the product on the product seat, the pneumatic chuck clamps the shaft, the top cylinder compresses the shaft, the servo motor rotates to drive the shaft to rotate, and the sensor detects and locates the shaft end.

ST002 Lifting Support Module
 
Overview: Product lifting support, lifting, PLC logic control.

Composition: Guide shaft, electric cylinder, servo motor.

Brief description of the action:
      The lifting support module drives the product lifting and clamping module to walk up and down, thereby driving the rotating shaft to move up and down, realizing multi-layer gluing on the surface of the rotor and pasting magnetic sheets.

 

ST003 Automatic Gluing Module
 
Overview: Gluing valve gluing, PLC logic control.

Brief description of the action:
          After the product is positioned and lifted in place, the gluing valve is pushed forward by the cylinder to apply glue on the surface of the rotor, and a total of ten groups of gluing modules are glued at the same time.

ST004 Adhesive Magnet Module
 
Overview:
    Manually put the magnet sheet into the magazine, the cylinder is automatically propulsed, the spacer is removed, and the magnet is pasted.

Composition: Magnetic steel magazine, cylinder.

Brief description of the action:
         After the gluing valve is applied, the product lifting module drives the rotor to lower, and the cylinder pushes the magnet in the magazine forward, removes the spacer, and sticks the magnet to the surface of the rotor to maintain the pressure and retreat.
