ST001 Product Carrier Module

Composition: Motor, Cam indexers

Action description:

              By rotating the cam indexers, the product is transported to various workstations, while improving efficiency. The product carrier can be quickly replaced, and multiple models can be integrated.

ST002 feed conveyor belt

Composition: Motor, synchronous belt

Action description:

              Manually place the products in the designated direction on the conveyor belt, which transports the products to the inside of the equipment. The conveyor belt can be quickly replaced as a whole and is compatible with multiple models.

ST003 conductivity module

Action description:

             After the cam indexing device rotates in place, the cylinder extends and the PIN pin contacts to conduct the product circuit.

ST004 Product Handling&Motion Detection Robot

Composition: Robot, electric gripper

Action description:

              After the product carrier is in place, the robot transports the product to the product carrier. The product circuit is conductive, and the robot sequentially checks the product buttons to determine whether the product is qualified through the inspection machine. The inspection results are fed back to the PLC.

ST005 Camera Detection Module

Action description:

                  After the product carrier is in place, the product circuit is conductive, the dark box descends to cover the product, the camera takes photos to check whether the product is qualified, and the test results are fed back to the PLC.
