Action description:
         Next Inner Cap uses a vibrating disc for feeding, a cylinder for material separation, a gripper cylinder for gripping, and servo transportation to confirm the camera position and angle before moving to the indexing disc product seat; HSG uses a vibrating disc for feeding, servo rotation for material distribution, gripper cylinder for gripping, and servo transportation for pre installation on the Inner Cap; Pre install Inner Cap on HSG as before; Press the servo press to the required height; Height inspection of displacement ruler; The servo transports defective products to the defective box, the good products to the labeling position, the label printer outputs the label, and the labeling mechanism attaches the label to the product; Camera check label position; Servo handling defects to defective boxes, and good products to self-made pallets.

Action description:
       Element REEL uses a speed regulating motor and torque motor for feeding, servo with ratchet for transportation, camera model inspection, servo loading and gluing machine for silicone application, IR curing and camera inspection. The defective cylinder drives punching, flux spraying, cylinder handling and pressing to press and heat Sn beans, and the other side is coated with silicone as before. The hydraulic press drives the mold to form and cut, servo handling of defective products to the defective box, and good products to the material box.

Overview: This machine achieves O/CAP assembly, height inspection, sand filling, weighing, laser engraving, camera inspection, press fitting, displacement height confirmation, precision scale weighing, laser engraving machine, 6-axis robot, PLC logic control through vibration disc loading, servo handling, resistance testing, camera inspection, product discharge, and manual packaging.

Composition: Vibration disk, cylinder, servo motor, resistance tester, camera, precision scale, press machine, displacement ruler, laser engraving machine, 6-axis robot

Action description:
        Loading on O/CAP vibrating disc, cylinder feeding, I/PAD vibrating disc feeding, cylinder feeding, electric cylinder handling and suction, height inspection after installation into O/CAP, gripper cylinder gripping and assembling the product, and cylinder transporting to the pre installation position; Manually place the products completed by the front equipment onto the product carrier, transfer the gears for loading, clamp the gripper cylinder for gripping, transport the cylinder, conduct resistance testing, confirm and adjust the camera angle, perform servo handling and O/CAP pre installation, press the servo into place, and confirm the height of the displacement ruler; Weigh and record the data before servo transportation to the sand filling position, remove dust from the sand filling position, and confirm the weight of the sand filling after completion of the weighing record data; On the other side, it is the same as O/CAP and I/PAD; Press the press into place and confirm the height of the displacement ruler; Claw cylinder gripping, servo handling, trimming mechanism adjustment, GO/NO inspection, laser engraving; Claw cylinder gripping, six axis robot handling camera inspection, defective to defective box, good products placed on tray; Servo handling places the full material tray onto the conveyor output, and packaging is carried out after manual visual inspection.
