ST001 feeding module

Overview: The product is automatically fed and the isolation paper is recycled.

Action description:
The product is manually installed on the conveyor module, and after the equipment is started, it can automatically feed and recycle the isolation paper.
 

ST002 feeding module

Overview: Implement automatic product feeding and transport the product to the cutting module.

Action description:
The lifting cylinder descends and inserts the needle into the product positioning hole, while the translation cylinder extends to achieve one-time conveying of the material belt.

 

ST003 cutting and bending module

Overview: Cut the terminals and bend them at the required angle.

Action description:
After the product is in place, the cutting mold falls down to cut off the terminals and bend them at the corresponding angle as required.

 

ST004 Product Testing and Handling Module

Overview: After inspecting the cut and bent products, transport them to the packaging tray.

Action description:
The robot transports the cut and bent products to the inspection station, the camera detects the bending angle of the terminals, the robot transports qualified products to the packaging tray, and transports unqualified products to the defective product box.
 

ST005 Packaging Station

Overview: The robot will place qualified products on the material tray.

Action description:
Manually place the empty material tray at one end of the workstation, and the PLC controls automatic material distribution to the packaging workstation. After the product is placed, the tray flows to the other end for storage.
