ST001 feed conveyor belt

Composition: Servo motor, flat belt, beam sensor

Action description:
       Manually place the products in the designated direction onto the conveyor belt, which transports the products to the interior of the equipment.

ST002 Transport detection module

Composition: Servo motor, cylinder, camera

Action description:
       The handling module transports the product from the feed conveyor belt to the inspection station, and the camera takes photos to distinguish the models.  At the same time, the inspected product is transported to the product track or defective product track.

ST003 product transfer track

Action description:
      After the transportation module transports the product to the product track, the conveying mechanism synchronously transports the products on the track to each workstation.

ST004 welding module

Action description:
