ST001. Rotor assembly equipment

Overview:
       The rotor is fed through multiple channels, the product is picked up by a six-axis manipulator, followed by laser engraving, spindle pressing, bearing pressing, belt pulley pressing, etc.

Composition: multi-channel conveyor belt, six-axis manipulator, servo press, automatic feeding

Brief description of action:
        The rotor and shaft are fed through the rotor through multiple channels, and the products are picked up by the six-axis manipulator, followed by laser engraving, shaft pressing, bearing pressing, belt pulley pressing, pressure displacement monitoring and curve drawing during the pressing process
 

 

ST002.  Rotor pulley beat detection

Mechanism overview:
    The product is in place, the rotor is jacked up by the jacking mechanism, and the bearings are supported on both sides.  The servo motor drives the rotor to rotate, and the runout value of the pulley is detected during the rotation process

Composition:rotating tooling, detecting tooling, displacement sensor

Action description:
    The product is in place, the rotor is lifted, and the bearings on both sides are supported, the servo motor drives the rotor to rotate, and the beating value of the pulley is detected during the rotation

 
 

 

 

ST003.  Dynamic balancing equipment

Overview:
    After the product is in place, the rotor is transported to the detection workpiece through the handling mechanism, and the action balance detection is carried out to ensure the dynamic balance of the rotor by reducing weight

Composition: multi-handling mechanism, detection mechanism, cutting mechanism, rotary alignment mechanism

Action description:
    multi-station handling, product dynamic balance detection, cutting treatment after the overweight part, and finally moved out

 

ST004. Rotor magnetization & Testing                                    

overview:
     After the product is in place, it is transported to the magnetization station by the manipulator for magnetization and magnetic flux testing

Composition: disk tooling, magnetizing coil, magnetic flux detection

Brief description of action:
     After the product is in place, it is transported to the magnetizing station by the manipulator, the magnetizing coil will magnetize the rotor, and then the magnetic flux detection is carried out. The qualified product is carried by the manipulator for the whole machine assembly

ST006    Laser engraving equipment

Overview:
       After the product is in place, the two-dimensional code and customer name plate information are printed on the outer circle of the stator through the laser marking machine

Composition:multi-handling mechanism, detection mechanism, cutting mechanism, rotary alignment mechanism

Brief description of action:
        After the product is in place, the two-dimensional code is printed by the laser marking machine, and the smoke is collected at the same time

 

ST007. Stator detection module

Overview:
     The product is in place, the testing tool is extended, the stator performance is tested after the stator is energized, and the test data is recorded in the two-dimensional code

ST008. Complete assembly equipment

Overview:
      The product is in place, the manipulator puts the rotor on the positioning tool, the back cover is placed on the assembly station through the feeding conveyor belt and the handling tool, and the lead screw will be the motor

ST009. Tighten the screws

Overview:
       The product is in place, the screw is fed through the vibrating disk, the handling mechanism puts the screw into the motor, and screws are tightened by the snatch assembly, during which torque monitoring is carried out

ST010. Upper pad assembly equipment

Overview:
        The product is in place, the foot pad is discharged in turn through the vibrating disk, and the assembly mechanism will assemble the foot pad in place
