ST001 Product Carrier Module

ST002 Product Handling Robot

Overview: After the product is detected by the camera, the robot automatically transports it to the product carrier, which is controlled by PLC logic.

Composition: Robot, electric gripper

Action description:
The camera takes photos to detect the position of the product and feeds back the detection results to the robot. The robot carries an electric gripper to automatically transport the product to the product carrier.

Overview: Robots carry tooling to perform motion detection on products.

Action description:
After the product carrier is in place, the product circuit is conductive, and the robot sequentially checks the product buttons to determine whether the product is qualified through the inspection machine, and feedback the test results to the PLC.
