ST001 screw loading

Overview:
    The screw vibrates on the plate, and the handling module preassembles the screw to the motor.

Composition: screw vibrating disc, screw parting, screw handling, product tooling.

Brief description of action:
    The screw is discharged from the vibrating disc and positioned by the parting module. The handling module preassembs the post-positioning screws to the motor.

 

ST002 screw is tightened

Overview:
     Use a servo motor to drive the lot head to tighten the screws and detect the screw torque during tightening.

Composition: lifting mechanism, servo motor, batch head.

Brief description of action:
     The lifting module drives the servo motor and the lot head to batch and tighten, and the tightening torque is detected and judged OK/NG during the tightening process.

      Use the displacement sensor to detect the height difference between the screw and the end cap.

      The displacement sensor built into the detection module detects the height difference between the screw and the end cover and determines OK/NG.
