ST001 Manually place the stator

Overview:
    Manually take the finished product and place a new product

Action description:
     Manually remove the finished product, scan the code to record the data, and put a stator

ST002 Cover and pump body automatically feed

Overview:
    The Cover is manually put on the car, and the six-axis robot carries the Cover to the tray

Action Description:
    The product is carried by a six-axis robot and placed in the corresponding tooling

ST003 Cover Laser engraving QR code

Overview:
    The two-dimensional code is printed by laser, and the smoke generated by coding is recycled with a smoke purifier

ST004 Bush&O ring assembly

Overview:
    Bush and O-rings are fed via a vibrating disc, assembled by a four-axis robot, and inspected for proper assembly to place the product into the pump body

Action Description:
     After Bush and O-rings are loaded, they are assembled by a four-axis robot and inspected by a visual inspection system. After testing, the products are placed in the cavity by a four-axis robot

   

ST005 Rotor assembly equipment

Overview:
     Artificial intermittent feeding, rotor automatic magnetization, automatic assembly

Composition:multi-channel conveyor belt; Magnetizing coil; Magnetic flux detection; Four-axis robot

Action Description:
     Manually put the rotor into the multi-channel conveyor line, the mechanism is automatically transported to the magnetizing station for magnetization and magnetic flux detection, and the rotor is put into the pump body through the four-axis robot

ST006 Flange assembly

Overview:
    Flanges are automatically fed and assembled onto the product by screw handling

Composition: vibration plate, camera, vacuum suction, servo motor tightening

Action   Description:
     flange through the vibration plate automatic feeding, camera determines the Angle of automatic absorption and assembly, assembly will be Angle determination, at the same time for data storage

   

ST007 Impeller is tightened

Overview:
    After the impeller is loaded, the stator drives the rotor to rotate and tighten the impeller

Composition: feeding conveyor belt, automatic tightening, torque monitoring, height detection

Action Description:
    The impeller is intermittently fed manually, the equipment automatically picks up, automatically tightens, detects torque after tightening, and detects the height of the impeller

ST008 Heater & clamp assembly

Overview:
     Manually put the volute and heater on the tooling, automatic assembly, manual automatic assembly pipe clamp

Composed of:Operator, vacuum suction, clamping tool

Action Description:
    Manually put the pump head and heater on the positioning tool, start the button, and the equipment is automatically assembled. The pipe clamp is automatically installed after the pipe is assembled manually


 

ST009 volute tightly assembled

Overview:
    Manually place the heater assembly and pump body into the vehicle, start the button, and the equipment is automatically assembled

Composition: servo motor, tightening mechanism

Action description:
     Manually put the heater assembly and pump body into the vehicle, start the button, automatic assembly of the equipment

 

ST010 Performance testing machine

Overview:
     After the product is in place, the heater performance and motor performance are automatically tested

Action description:
    Through the probe the motor is energized to detect the performance of the motor

 

 

ST011 PCB assembly equipment

Overview:
    PCB is automatically fed through the tray, transported and assembled by a six-axis robot

Action description:
    The PCB tray is automatically loaded, and the PCB is automatically assembled and transported by a six-axis robot. After the assembly is completed, the PCB is tested to see whether the assembly is in place

ST012 airtight test

Overview:
    After the product is in place, automatic airtight detection is carried out

Action description:
    After the water inlet and outlet of the product are closed by the expansion air clamp, the air is inflated, the pressure is maintained, the air is deflated and the data is stored

 

ST013 Appearance inspection

Overview:
    The six-axis robot drives the camera for appearance inspection

ST014 Noise detection

Overview:
