BRA01S01 Stack loading & laser marking
Overview:
Robots automatically grab the rotor iron core; Automatically laser marking by moving the splitter to the marking position; After passing the inspection and marking, put it into the line body; Collect defective products from the defective product line.

BRA01S02 Magnet insrtion
Overview:
The machine assembles the installation sequence of the electromagnets into the rotor.
Composition: Vibration disk, magnetic steel arrangement module, magnetic steel insertion mechanism
BRA01S03 Gluing machine
Overview:
Rotor line has two gluing machines. When the pallet reaches the first station of gluing, the pallet lifting rotary mechanism will lift the pallet. The electric cylinder controls the lift of the rubber valve, and the rubber coating valve adopts servo module to move the rubber coating. Each station is coated with 2 slits, and a total of 10 groups of glue slits are coated. The tray to the equipment glue the second station, the action process is the same as the first station, the other 10 magnet gaps glue.

BRA01S04 UV curing
Overview:
UV curing station can irradiate the rotors of two trays at the same time. After curing is completed, the cured tray rotor is discharged, and the uncured rotor enters the curing station. After UV curing, the core is turned 180 degrees, returned to the tray, and then the tray is released.
Composition: UV curing lamp, reverse mechanism
BRA01S05 Manually assemble top & bottom cover and screw
Overview:
After the pallet is in place, the pallet is positioned and jacked. The rotor handling module removes the rotor and manually places the lower end cover. The sensor detects whether the lower end cover is there, and the handling mechanism puts the rotor back. Manually place the upper end cover and 5 screws and pre-screw. Check the upper end cover and screws and release them.

BRA01S06 Screwing machine
Overview:
After the rotor tray is in place, the servo lifting mechanism will lift the product, and 5 screw guns will retwist the five screws on the product at the same time, and detect the feedback torque value.

BRA01S07 Shaft press/ Runout Checking
Overview:
Loading the rotating shaft of the artificial drum line, the manipulator takes the rotating shaft and places it in the positioning tooling of the rotating shaft.
Through the shaft positioning tool, the direction of the shaft keyway is consistent.
The scanning gun scans the code and binds the shaft data information
The manipulator respectively clips the rotating shaft and the iron core to the shaft press. No need to monitor robot status.
The press has displacement pressure detection during press assembly. After the press assembly is completed, an independent height detection mechanism detects the distance between the shaft end and the rotor end face.
The manipulator will put the iron core and shaft on the round runout detection equipment, and put the rotor shaft back on the tray after the detection.

BRA01S11 Shaftend magnet assmebly machine
Overview:
Rotor tray stop positioning jacking, the handling mechanism will rotate the rotor to the moving tooling. Moving tooling moves the rotor to the press assembly station. The press with the press head first takes the magnetic steel, moves to the copper sleeve press assembly station, and presses the magnetic steel to the copper sleeve at the end of the rotating shaft (the incoming copper sleeve has been assembled to the rotating shaft). The rotor is moved out of the press installation station after the press installation, and the handling tool transfers the rotor to the tray. The magnetic steel is stored through the acrylic tube, and the cylinder is divided into wrong materials.

BRA01S12 Rotor Unloading Machine
Overview:
After the pallet is in place, the pallet is positioned and jacked. The rotor handling module transfers the rotor from the wire body to the ring wire body tray tooling. The loop body runs and the rotor is transported to the assembly line.

BRA01S13 Conveyor
Overview:
