ST001 Loading and handling module
 
Overview: Move the product to the camera inspection location.

Composition: sensors, conveyors, cylinders, product seats

Action description:
                 The product is transported to the material collection position through a conveyor belt, and the rotating gripping cylinder picks up the product. The cylinder transports the product to the detection position product seat, and the cylinder fixes the product. The camera first checks the verticality, and the rotating cylinder drives the product seat to rotate. The camera then checks the parallelism.

ST002 6-axis robot handling module

Overview:
    Rotate the product from multiple angles and move it in multiple positions.

Composition: 6-axis robot, cylinder

Action description:
    The cylinder picks up the product, and the 6-axis robot carries out visual inspection of the product with the movement and rotation angle. Defective products are placed in the defective tray, while good products are placed in the good product tray.

ST003 Empty tray feeding module

Overview: Realize automatic loading of empty pallets.

Composition: Safety grating, sensor, servo motor

Action description:
            Manually place a stack of empty pallets in the loading position, and the servo moves them to the up position. The servo then moves them up to the empty pallet picking position based on the usage of the empty pallets.

ST004 Pallet handling module

Overview: Move the empty tray to the product discharge position and the full tray to the discharge position.

Composition: Cylinder, servo motor, vacuum generator

Action description:
            The empty tray is vacuum sucked, the cylinder rises, and the servo transports it to the product discharge position. After the tray is full, the cylinder clamps it, and the servo transports it to the discharge position.

ST005 Full material conveying module

Overview: Conveying full material trays.

Action description:
              After the full tray is filled, the stop cylinder descends and the conveyor delivers.
