ST001 Cardboard feeding module
Overview: Products are transported through unpowered drum lines, manually controlled by valves and baffles, and the bottom linear bearings meet the requirements for type change
Composition: Conveyor mechanism, manual valve control, and changeover mechanism
Action description:
Manually place the product onto the roller line to store 300 pieces of product material. Manually adjust the bottom guide rod according to different sizes of cardboard to achieve type change, open the manual valve baffle, and send the product into the equipment.
ST002 Elevating silo module
Overview: Gradually elevate the product to the height of material retrieval
Composition: Servo motor, reducer, power drum line, belt
Action description:
After the product is in place through the power rolling line, the rolling line can store 300 products. The servo motor lifts the product through the belt mechanism to supply and retrieve materials. For each product taken, the servo raises the height of one product.
ST003 Material blocking module
Overview: Correct the position of the product before folding, and adjust the hand cranked screw to a new type
Composition: Hand cranked screw, linear bearing
Action description:
After the product is in place, the cardboard positioning is carried out on both sides of the sheet metal to ensure accurate positioning before folding. The hand cranked screw is adjusted to meet the requirements for changing the shape of products with three widths.
ST004 Material retrieval module
Overview: Suck and transfer the cardboard to the origami station
Composition: Vacuum pump, servo motor, cylinder, vacuum suction cup
Action description:
Vacuum is generated through a vacuum pump, and the suction cup sucks the cardboard into the folding station through a servo transplanting mechanism.
ST005 Folding molding module
Overview: Fold both sides of the cardboard into shape twice, fold the front and rear ears into shape, and adjust the screw rod to meet the requirements for changing shapes
Composition: Gear rack, cylinder, screw
Action description:
After the cardboard is in place, it is folded on one side through gears and racks. The cylinder drives the folded sheet metal to achieve secondary folding forming. The front and rear ear cylinders are lifted to form, and the two side mechanisms are connected by screw rods to adjust the screw rods for quick changing.
ST006 Pressure box shaping module
Overview: Perform two separate pressing operations, with the cylinder pushing the folding edge and inserting it into the ear to achieve cardboard shaping
Composition: Cylinder, linear slide rail
Action description:
After the product is in place, the first pressing cylinder acts to tighten the product, and the second pressing cylinder acts to perform the second pressing after the first folding. After the folding and ear are formed, the edge pushing cylinder inserts the folded edge into the ear slot to complete the cardboard shaping. The two sides of the edge pushing cylinder mechanism are adjusted through the screw and guide rail mechanism to achieve the mold changing function.
ST007 Completed product transfer module
Overview: Transfer the folded cardboard out of the equipment
Composition: Mechanical rodless cylinder, linear bearing, proximity sensor
Action description:
After the cardboard is folded and formed, the push sheet metal is lifted and transported out of the equipment through a rodless cylinder.
ST008 Completed product cache drum line
Overview: Cached cardboard to be manually removed, equipped with sensing in place and full material sensing
Composition: Unpowered drum, square steel frame, reflective photoelectric sensor
Action description:
The formed cardboard is pushed by the transfer module to a non powered drum line, which can cache three products and provide manual material retrieval with product positioning and full material sensing.
