Overview:
    Fix the product through a cylinder mechanism and move the servo to the welding position.

Composition: product seat, cylinder, servo motor, sensor

Action description:
         Manually insert the Element into the HSG, place the product on the product seat through auxiliary tooling, double start, sensor sensing the product, cylinder with rack and pinion mechanism pressing the Element, three jaw clamping cylinder fixing the product, servo loading to the welding position.

 

ST002 Welding module

Overview:
    Weld the Element using a resistance spot welding machine.

Composition: servo motor, resistance spot welding machine

Action description:
          After reaching the welding position, the servo load resistance spot welding machine descends to complete the welding of the element.
