ST001 Up and down motion module

Overview:
    By driving the screw through servo, the winding nozzle can move in a three-dimensional spatial position..

Composition: Servo motor, ball screw, cylinder

Brief description of action:
        The servo belt in three directions of XYX drives the movement of the screw, allowing the winding nozzle to move in three-dimensional space. The wire mouth has a swing rod mechanism that can achieve the transformation of the wire mouth's horizontal or vertical state, allowing the enameled wire to complete actions such as winding around the column and passing through gaps. During the tension control winding process, the tension of the enameled wire is within the qualified range. Professional motion controllers drive servo motors.

 

ST002 Rotating motion module

Overview:
     Two rotating modules rotate with tooling and statorpositioning, PLC logic control.

Composition:
    Servo motor, bearing, stator clamping fixture

Brief description of action:
    The product is fixed on the stator clamping fixture, and the servo motor drives the clamping fixture to complete the rotation action of the stator.  The rotation of the stator and the up and down movement of the winding needle work together to complete the winding action.  A professional motion controller controls the coordination of rotation and XYZ direction.

 

ST003 Product seat opening mechanism          
                                 
Overview:
     The product seat opening mechanism quickly opens the pressing material of the stator clamping fixture, and manually takes out or places the stator.

Composition:
    Cylinder, guide mechanism, push block

Brief description of action:  
     The cylinder drives the pushing workpiece to open the pressing block of the stator clamping fixture, and manually takes out or places the stator.

 

ST004 Tangent module

Overview:
    The cutting blade of the tangent module cuts the enameled wire and clamps the wire ends.

Composition:
    Cylinder, moving knife&stationary knife

Brief description of action:
    The enamel wire is placed between the moving knife and the stationary knife by the wire nozzle, and the cylinder drives the moving knife to cut the enamel wire and clamp the enamel wire head connected to the wire nozzle.  The enamel wire and wire nozzle of the stator are disconnected.  The equipment is waiting for the next pick-up.
