ST001 Product Seat Module

Overview:
    Product feeding, product seat rotation, PLC logic control.

Composition: servo motor, sensor, synchronous belt, reducer, cylinder.

Action description:
    Manually place the product on the product seat, the sensor detects the presence of the product, the cylinder drives the downward pressing fixture to compress the product, and the servo motor drives the product seat to rotate, thereby cooperating with wire winding

 

ST002 The wire clamping and cutting Module

Overview:
    The wire clamping and cutting tool is driven by a cylinder to move, and is controlled by PLC logic.

Composition: slide rail, cylinder.

Action description:
    Manually place the copper/aluminum wire onto the wire clamping fixture, and the cylinder starts to clamp the wire. After each product is wound, the wire cutting fixture clamps and cuts the wire. The translation cylinder can drive the reciprocating movement of the clamping line fixture, thereby cooperating with the winding and avoiding interference.

ST003 Line Die Transfer Module

Overview:
    When winding, the die is transferred to the product through the cylinder, with winding, PLC logic control.
