ST001 Product carrier

Action description:

Action description:

Action description:

ST004 Copper wire relaxation module

Overview: Keep the copper wire loose in the specified position of the product.

Action description:
        When winding in and out of the wire, the crochet stick out and fall back, so that the copper wire bending to keep loose, when the work is completed, the crochet rise and move back to a safe position.

 

ST005 Winding module

Overview: Core module of winding machine.

Composition: cylinder, motor

Action description:
    After the product is clamped, the winding module starts and enters the wire in the specified direction for quick winding. The three-axis coordination ensures even winding. The number of turns and teeth of the winding is set separately depending on the product. After the winding is completed, it is moved to a safe position.

 

ST006 Line Frame Module

Overview: The copper wire is transported to the winding module along the specified path, and the tension device controls the size of the winding tension.

Composition: Tensioner

Action description:
        Manually place the wire barrel into the wire rack and thread it along the specified path to the winding module. After the equipment starts, the copper wire automatically enters and the winding tension is controlled by a tensioner to keep the winding compact.
